Return Period

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and unopened.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and any attached gifts.

  • Returns are not accepted if the factory seal has been broken or if the product has been used.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Cosmetics and beauty products once opened.

  • Personal care items (such as lingerie).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged or defective.

  • Different from the description.

  • Incorrect in color or size.

  • Missing accessories. Please contact us immediately to take the necessary action.

Return Fees

  • Free Returns: If the product is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or does not match the specifications.

  • For change-of-mind returns (within 14 days and in original condition), shipping fees may apply.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the product to ensure it meets our return conditions:

  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days.

Customer Options After Inspection

Once the ORIGINALHUBS team confirms the return meets the requirements, you may choose:

  1. Replacement: Exchange the damaged item for a new one of the same category and value.

  2. Store Credit: Add the value to your account balance for future shopping.

  3. Cash Refund: Refund the amount via the original payment method or InstaPay.

Rejected Returns

If the returned product does not meet our return conditions:

  • The product will be shipped back to the customer.

  • If the customer refuses to receive it, the item will be held at our warehouse for self-collection.
